Work Sample ZIP Combiner
Have more than one organized ZIP for the same class? Put them together into one ZIP. Samples are matched by the student's work, not by their number, so the same work is kept once even if it was Sample 2 in one ZIP and Sample 1 in another.
Step 1: Add your organized ZIPs
Use ZIPs the Work Sample Organizer (or this Combiner) made for the same teacher and the same quarter.

What the Combiner does
Matches students by ID number, separately for EB, 504, and SPED.
Finds the same work in different ZIPs, even under a different sample number, and keeps it once.
Keeps all the different work and numbers it 1, 2, 3, … for each student.
If the same work has different accommodations checked, it asks you which to keep.
Step 2: Check, then make the combined ZIP
Each student's samples are numbered 1, 2, 3, … A sample that had a different number in one of the ZIPs says “was Sample …”. Orange text means you need to choose which accommodation note to keep.

These files are not in a student folder, so they go in a folder called Unmatched files for you to check. A student folder must be inside an EB, 504, or SPED folder and end with the student's ID number.
